Apr 17, 2008 () - High School Musical theater headliner Ashley Tisdale is negotiating with United Artists to star in a remaking of Stripling Witch. She is besides looking at production deals with FremantleMedia Northward US and Disney.

The master Teenager Witch (1989) was directed by Dorian Walker, and starred Robyn Lively as an unpopular high school stripling wHO learns that she's a descendant of the witches of Salem and has inherited their powers.

REM sleep have been confirmed as single of the headliners at this year's Oxegen Festival.

The new James Bond movie is to begin filming tomorrow.
In an interview with the Swiss newspaper SonntagsZeitung, 007 director Marc Forster confirmed the shooting date.
He also said that the new adventure would delve deeper into Bond's psyche.
The 22nd Bond film, the follow-up to 'Casino Royale', will be released in cinemas on 7 November 2008.
Forster's new film, 'The Kite Runner', is currently in cinemas.
